SENIOR ASSOCIATION MANAGERS Senior Association Managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, Homeownersand Residents, private contractors serving the association, and the interface with any governmental agencies . This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities as required to find opportunites or discover problems, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, creation of RFPs, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), review of all financials. The Senior Association Manager will be working hand-in-hand with an assigned Association Manager and/or an administrative assistant to ensure completion of all projects in a timely manner.
ASSOCIATION MANAGER Association Managers have contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, Residents, and private contractors serving the association. The manager will handle homeowners calls, assign and follow up on work orders, solicit bids, process design review requests and work orders, handle notices and violations, do on-site walk throughs and maintenance evaluations by inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly or monthly basis, attend Committee meetings and Board meetings as required. Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs are required: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form. The ability to multi-task and "think on your feet" are imperative to success in this field.
ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER Accountant/Bookkeepers provide full accounting services to a number of assigned Associations. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with homeowners, title companies, maintenance of checking/savings and/or brokerage accounts, production of modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews. The ability to be accurate with data input is paramount to ensuring an error free financial system.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT This position may entail different types of activites. Some are clerical, involving: filing, routing, copying, data entry, and processing of mail/faxes in and out. Some are secretarial: receptionists, typing, processing of mailings, and other related functions. All of which require a competent and cheerful attitude.
