Welcome to Haley Realty's Website.  We are very excited about the new avenue for presenting information, entertaining questions, and solving problems.  This website is for the use and enjoyment of all our current and potential clients.

The office staff is available to you from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and the office is also open on Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 for administrative matters.  The office is not fully staffed on  Saturday but if you have an emergency the appropriate person will be contacted.  Please note that the office answering machine does take messages but they are not reviewed until 7:45 am each business day morning.  If you have an immediate emergency, please follow the directions on the machine to reach us after hours.

If you are new to the site and a Homeowner in an Associaiton, you must sign up before you may access your Association's website.  Go to Homeowner Sign Up above and follow the directions to set your Username and Password and you will be taken directly to your Associaiton's website.

HALEY REALTY specializes in the management of homeowner associations and rental properties.  Since our founding in 1947 we have been a leader in the management of planned communities, condominiums, and property management, real estate brokerage. 

Today, HALEY REALTY has a staff of fourteen people, including two association/property managers, three sales agents, office staff and a maintenance department.  Currently our portfolio consists of community association management as well as residential management.  Our services are based upon the best practices within the community associations and real estate industry.
